Employee of the Month (December 2021): Cynthia, RN

As we prepare to greet the new year, we have one last outstanding employee to feature in 2021. Ellsworth Healthcare Staffing is proud to announce its newest Employee of the Month: Cynthia. Aside from being a skilled nurse, her dedication to her work and consistent performance are traits that we admire and are thankful for.

Here is a brief conversation we had with her:

What do you like about your job with Ellsworth Healthcare Staffing?

I love working with Ellsworth because they have a flexible schedule, and are accessible. Management is very understanding, accommodating, and supportive. I actually would help cover all the shifts, but then I’m only one person.

How did you end up working with Ellsworth Healthcare Staffing?

While in nursing school, a nurse I worked with during my externship told me about Ellsworth. As soon as I passed my boards, I reached out and, thankfully, got a job.

Tell us something about you.

I am from the Eastern part of Nigeria. My family still actually lives there. I work full time as a Cardiac Nurse at a local hospital here in Atlanta. No kids yet, but I hope to start a family soon. I enjoy a good time out with friends, taking walks on my days off, going to the cinema, and reading.
